Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
TerraForm Global, Inc. (the “Company”) periodically meets or otherwise communicates with various stakeholders in the bankruptcy of SunEdison, Inc. and certain of its domestic and international subsidiaries (the “SunEdison Bankruptcy”). On May 5, 2016, the Company posted presentation materials to the Investors section of its website at www.terraform.com. The presentation materials contain an overview of the Company’s contingency planning and other matters related to the SunEdison Bankruptcy that may be used in connection with such meetings or communications.
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information contained in Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K shall not be deemed “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section.
