ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On May 5, 2016, Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate plc (“KWE,” LSE: KWE), issued a business update for the period ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the Business Update statement is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
On May 5, 2016, KWE also issued a release announcing that it has acquired two suburban office assets (four office buildings) in South Dublin, Ireland for a total of €76.9 million. These four office buildings make up a total of 226,100 square feet of space. A copy of the release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
On May 5, 2016, KWE also issued a release announcing that it has acquired the Towers Business Park located in South Manchester, U.K. for a total of £82 million. The Towers Business Park consists of ten prime suburban office buildings totaling 289,100 square feet. A copy of the release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.3.
Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) currently owns approximately 20.3% of the total issued share capital of KWE. A wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Jersey also serves as KWE’s external manager pursuant to an investment management agreement.
