Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 5, 2016, Engility Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the three months ended April 1, 2016. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
