Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 4, 2016, Performance Sports Group Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Rich Wuerthele, Executive Vice President, Hockey is leaving the Company, effective May 20, 2016. Further details are contained in the press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
