Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 3, 2016, Telenav, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and nine months ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. On the same day, the Company will host an investor conference call and live webcast at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time).
