Icagen, Inc. (the “Company”) will be making an investor presentation at the Taglich Brothers 13th Annual Investment Conference on May 3, 2016. In connection with the presentation, the Company intends to discuss the slide presentation furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is incorporated herein by reference.
