On May 3, 2016, DLH Holdings Corp. (“DLH”) will host a conference call to present to investors the information described in the presentation materials entitled “DLH Holdings Corp. Acquisition of Danya International” attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.2, which is incorporated by reference in this report. On May 3, 2016, DLH issued a press release announcing that it had entered into a definitive agreement and consummated the acquisition of Danya International and the financing arrangements supporting the transaction.
