ITEM 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 3, 2016, Concurrent Computer Corporation (the “company”) issued a press release containing information about its financial condition and results of operations for its third quarter of its fiscal year ending June 30, 2016. Included in the press release are (1) the condensed consolidated balance sheets of the company as of March 31, 2016 (unaudited) and June 30, 2015, (2) the company’s unaudited condensed consolidated statements of operations for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, and three months ended December 31, 2015, (3) the company’s unaudited condensed consolidated statements of comprehensive income (loss) for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, and three months ended December 31, 2015 and (4) a reconciliation of net income (loss) to the non-GAAP financial measure of Adjusted EBITDA for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, and three months ended December 31, 2015. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
