Item 8.01 Other Events
On May 2, 2016, GE Professionals DMCC (“Company”), a fully owned subsidiary of Global Equity Partners Plc. which in turn is a fully owned subsidiary of Global Equity International Inc., via it HR and head hunting division “Kingsman James” has successfully completed on a another contract rendering an amount due to the Company of 198,000 AED (equivalent to US$53,916) for an employment placement in a senior managerial role in a large and reputable Middle Eastern corporation.
This is now the second placement that has been fully completed by GE Professionals DMCC hence, once again, proving the concept and viability of the Company´s Human Resources and head hunting division, Kingsman James which was setup late August 2015.
