Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On April 29, 2016, The New Home Company Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced in a press release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing these financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
