On April 29, 2016, CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd. (“CH2M HILL”) announced its financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended March 25, 2016. A copy of the First Quarter 2016 Earnings Report is furnished to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission with this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
