On April 22, 2016, Luke J. Petherbridge, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of DDR Corp. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will resign from the Company effective as of May 6, 2016. It is anticipated that Mr. Petherbridge will remain the Company’s principal financial officer until his resignation. David J. Oakes, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will become the principal financial officer of the Company on an interim basis upon Mr. Petherbridge’s resignation.
