Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On April 27, 2016, Talmer Bancorp, Inc. (“Talmer”), holding company for Talmer Bank and Trust, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 27, 2016, the Board of Directors of Talmer Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on our Class A common stock to be paid on May 25, 2016 to shareholders of record of our Class A common stock as of May 11, 2016.
