Section 2 – Financial Information
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 25, 2016, PFO Global, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial and operational results for the year ended December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
