As a result of the matters Exterran Corporation (the “Company”) reported under Item 4.02 of its Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on April 26, 2016, the Company has postponed its 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders originally scheduled to be held at 8:30 A.M. Central Daylight Time on Thursday April 28, 2016. The Company will provide additional information with respect to the rescheduled meeting through additional proxy materials to be filed with the Commission and distributed to stockholders.
