Also presented is information regarding distributions paid to common stockholders and the weighted average number of common shares used for the basic and diluted computation per share. It includes, at our election, two six-month extension options, at a cost of 0.075% of the facility commitment, or $1.5 million per option. DEBT COVENANTS 12 Q1 2016 Supplemental Operating & Financial Data As of March 31, 2016 The following is a summary of the key financial covenants for our senior unsecured notes and bonds, as defined and calculated per their terms. These calculations, which are not based on U.S. GAAP measurements, are presented to investors to show our ability to incur additional debt under the terms of our senior notes and bonds as well as to disclose our current compliance with such covenants, and are not measures of our liquidity or performance.
