On April 26, 2016, NuVasive, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

During a conference call scheduled to be held at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time on April 26, 2016, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer will discuss the Company’s results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 and the Company’s outlook for the year ending December 31, 2016. The slide presentation for the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report.
