Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 26, 2016, Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) disseminated a press release reporting first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
In the press release referred to in Item 2.02 above, the Company reported the following event: On April 20, 2016, the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.095 per common share, payable on May 16, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 6, 2016.
