Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On April 26, 2016, Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), will hold a webcast for stockholders and financial advisors to discuss its board of directors’ determination of the estimated per share net asset value of its common stock as of December 31, 2015, which was announced on April 7, 2016. A copy of the presentation materials to be used during that webcast is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
