Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 25, 2016, SB Financial Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly shareholder dividend of $0.06 per share. The dividend is payable on May 27, 2016 to all shareholders of record as of May 13, 2016.
