Attached as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated herein by reference, is a copy of Olin’s press release dated April 22, 2016 announcing that Olin’s senior management will be attending the following conferences: Wells Fargo Industrial / Chemicals Conference in New York, NY on May 10, 2016 and Goldman Sachs Leveraged Finance Conference in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA on May 17, 2016.
