Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 21, 2016, TerraForm Global, Inc. issued a press release commenting on the voluntary filing made by SunEdison, Inc. and certain of its domestic and international subsidiaries for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
