On April 19, 2016, Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2016 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. At the meeting, the shareholders voted on: (1) the election of two Class II directors and (2) the ratification of the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2016.
