Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 20, 2016, Sanchez Energy Corporation (the “Company”) announced its operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
