Issuer’s Compliance with FINRA Rule 2340

Effective April 11, 2016, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) implemented a revised rule that requires securities broker-dealers to report on customer account statements the value of investment units of non-traded securities, such as REITs, LLCs and Limited Partnerships, provided that the per unit value is derived using methodology set forth by the rule.

As of April 11, 2016, the Estimated Per Unit Value for AEI Income & Growth Fund XXII Limited Partnership is $843, an estimated value derived using methodology that conforms to standard industry practice and based upon material assistance and/or confirmation by third-party valuation expert(s), in accordance with the appraised value method set forth in FINRA Rule 2340(c)(1)(B).
