On April 19, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has been selected to broadcast the US Men’s and Women’s Chess Championship to be held in St. Louis, MO. The broadcasts will be available on the Company’s website www.chesssupersite.com until April 25.
A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit to this Report.
