On April 18, 2016, Qorvo, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held GreenPeak Technologies, a leader in ultra-low power, short range radio frequency (RF) communication technology. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
