On April 14, 2016, the Company entered into an amendment of the Senior Convertible Promissory Note that was entered into on December 23, 2013 between Michaelson Capital Special Fund LP and the Company with an effective date of April 1, 2016 (the "Amendment"). Pursuant to this Amendment the parties have agreed to increase the loan amount to $3,150,000, extend the maturity date until December 23, 2018, and adjusted the conversion price to $3.54 per share.
