On April 13, 2016, Michael Relich, the Chief Operating Officer of Guess?, Inc. (the “Company”) responsible for information technology and supply chain, resigned effective as of April 29, 2016 in order to pursue other opportunities.
The Company does not currently expect to fill the position of Chief Operating Officer following Mr. Relich’s separation.
