Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 14, 2016, Great Basin Scientific Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its revenues and customer results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information in this Item, including the exhibit attached hereto, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), nor shall such information be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 14, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing its revenue and customer results for the quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
On April 14, 2016, the Company held a stockholder update call to provide the Company’s revenue and customer acquisition for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 and customer acquisition projections and menu expansion plans for the coming fiscal year. A copy of the script for the meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
