On April 13, 2016, Jernigan Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) posted an informational “Frequently Asked Questions about JCAP Capital Initiatives” document for investors (the “Investor FAQ”) regarding the recent events that have occurred since the Company’s March 7, 2016 earnings announcement and other matters related to its business. The Investor FAQ is posted in the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.jernigancapital.com.
A copy of the Investor FAQ is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
