On April 13, 2016, Flowers Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release updating 2016 earnings guidance, revising long-term growth and earnings targets and announcing that the Company is hosting an investor briefing at the New York Stock Exchange on the same date.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
