On April 13, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a Letter of Cooperation with the Association of Chess Professionals to cooperate in staging online Blitz tournaments and, among other things, cooperate in promoting international chess tournaments.
A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit to this Report.
