Early Results of Tender Offer
On April 12, 2016, Markel Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the early results of the tender offer for its 7.350% Senior Notes due 2034 and 7.125% Senior Notes due 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
Pricing Terms of Tender Offer
On April 12, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing pricing terms of the tender offer for its 7.350% Senior Notes due 2034 and 7.125% Senior Notes due 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
