Item 8.01 Other Events
On April 11, 2016, Fenix Parts, Inc. issued a press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 announcing (1) the revised release date of Thursday, April 14, 2016 after market close for its fourth quarter and full year 2015 financial results, and (2) the re-scheduled conference call date for Friday, April 15, 2016 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time to discuss the financial results, replacing the previously announced April 12, 2016 conference call date.
