Item 8.01. Other Events
Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) intends to conduct a rights offering to holders of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock as of the record date for the offering, which the Company has set as April 19, 2016. The rights offering is expected to commence on April 21, 2016 and expire on May 27, 2016.
