Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 5, 2016, Steven B. Kaufman resigned as a director of the Company effective as of April 6, 2016. Mr. Kaufman’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
