The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) has amended the record date and payment date of their recently declared quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share. The record date has been changed to April 20, 2016 from the previously announced date of April 13, 2016 and the payment date has been changed to May 11, 2016 from the previously announced date of May 4, 2016. This change assures that the dividend record date is consistent with the New York Stock Exchange requirements.
