On April 5, 2016, Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) and Christopher C. Cambria, the Company’s Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, ended their employment relationship, effective April 8, 2016.

On April 6, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing the appointment of Arjun L. Kampani to serve as the Company’s Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary beginning on April 11, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
