Item 5.02(b) - Resignation of Executive Officer
On April 4, 2016, Allen Shafer announced he will resign his position as the Executive Vice President of Support Services of Great Western Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), and Great Western Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Shafer’s resignation will be effective April 27, 2016. Mr. Shafer’s duties and responsibilities have been reassigned to existing executive management.
