Christopher & Banks Corporation Announces Withdrawal of Director Nomination

PLYMOUTH, Minn., April 4, 2016 --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Christopher & Banks Corporation (NYSE: CBK), a Minnesota-based retailer of women’s apparel and accessories, today announced that Bruce J. Klatsky has notified the Company that he has withdrawn his name as a director-nominee for election at the 2016 Annual Meeting, due to a conflict discovered early this morning that will prevent him from serving on the Board of Directors.
