Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 1, 2016, Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 2, 2016. A copy of the press release dated April 1, 2016, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
