On March 30, 2016, 5,000,000 shares of common stock were issued to Mr. George P. Farley, the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Applied Energetics, Inc. (“Company”) under the 2007 Stock Incentive Plan at the direction of the Company’s board of directors.
Additionally, the Company’s board of directors also directed the Company to accrue $150,000 annually as compensation to Mr. Farley, to be paid when the company has sufficient funds.
