On March 30, 2016, Qualstar Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release today announcing the Company’s financial results for the transition period from July 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
