Item 8.01 Other Events.
Effective March 30, 2016, Rob Gatto will no longer serve as Senior Vice President of Sales of Neustar, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Mr. Gatto has accepted an offer to serve as the Chief Operating Officer with another company. Neustar is conducting a search for a new Senior Vice President of Sales.
