Estimated Per-Share Value
On March 23, 2016, the Board of Directors of Sentio Healthcare Properties, Inc. (the “Company” “we” or “us”) approved an estimated per-share value of our common stock calculated as of December 31, 2015. A copy of the press release announcing the estimated net asset value per-share is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Distribution Reinvestment Plan
In accordance with the terms of our distribution reinvestment plan, effective March 23, 2016, the purchase price of shares under our distribution reinvestment plan will increase to $12.45 per share, our most recently announced estimated per-share value.
