Effective March 22, 2016, V. Peter Harder resigned as member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Harder's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices as Mr. Harder was appointed to the Senate of Canada. John P. Sanderson, a member of the Board of Directors, was appointed to fill Mr. Harder's position as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
