        At our annual meeting on March 21, 2016, our members, as set forth in our bylaws, nominated and elected by acclamation the following persons to our board of directors: Jimmy G. Bailey as an at-large director; Randy Crenshaw as a director for member group 3; Fred A. McWhorter as a director for member group 4; and George L. Weaver as a director for member group 1. Each director was elected to a term that will expire in March 2019.
