On March 23, 2016, Pinnacle Foods Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Robert J. Gamgort, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will be leaving the Company at the end of April to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of Keurig Green Mountain. Mr. Gamgort will continue to lead the Company and serve on the Company’s Board of Directors until the time of his departure.
