Item 8.01. Other Events
On March 7, 2016, the Delaware Secretary of State accepted the Company’s filing of a Certificate of Dissolution. Each and every outstanding share of capital stock of the Company shall be cancelled by operation of law. The Company does not expect to make a distribution to shareholders on record as of that date.
